1. Introduction

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the AgentID platform, API, and website provided by AI shield s.r.o. ("Provider", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using our services, you agree to these Terms.

2. The Service

AgentID is an AI governance, security, and compliance platform. We provide tools for logging, PII redaction, and risk management of AI systems.

  • Availability: We strive for high availability but do not guarantee 100% uptime.
  • Beta/MVP: Services marked as "Beta" are provided "as-is" and may change.

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • The security of your API keys and credentials.
  • The content of the data (payloads) you send to our API.
  • Ensuring your use of AI models complies with applicable laws (e.g., EU AI Act).
  • You must not use AgentID to hide malicious activity or for illegal purposes.

4. Intellectual Property

  • Our IP: The AgentID platform, SDKs, and dashboard are the property of AI shield s.r.o.
  • Your Data: You retain all rights to the data you send to us. You grant us a license to process this data solely to provide the Service (e.g., to scrub PII or generate logs).

5. Fees and Payment

For paid plans, you agree to pay the fees specified on our Pricing page. Fees are non-refundable unless required by law. We reserve the right to suspend access for late payments.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AI shield s.r.o. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits or data. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

AI Disclaimer: We provide governance tools, but we do not guarantee that your AI system is 100% immune to attacks or fully compliant with all laws. You remain the deployer of your AI system.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account if you violate these Terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. Any disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts in Brno.
