AI shield s.r.o. (Reg. No. 24082317, based in Brno, Czech Republic) is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains how we handle data when you use AgentID.
2. Our Roles (GDPR)
- Controller: We act as a Controller for your account data (e.g., your email, billing info, login details).
- Processor: We act as a Processor for the data you send to our API (e.g., prompts, logs, telemetry). This processing is governed by our Data Processing Agreement (DPA).
3. Data We Collect
- Account Data: Name, email, password hash, billing details.
- Usage Data: API request metadata, timestamps, IP addresses for security rate-limiting.
- Content: Text payloads sent to
/guardor/ingestendpoints (processed according to your configuration, e.g., PII scrubbing).
4. How We Use Data
- To provide and secure the Service.
- To bill and manage accounts.
- To comply with legal obligations (e.g., accounting).
- We do NOT use your customer data to train our own foundational AI models without your explicit consent.
5. Data Retention
- Logs: Retained according to your plan settings (e.g., 30 days or 1 year).
- Account: Retained while active. Deleted upon request after account closure (subject to legal archiving periods).
6. Sub-processors
We use trusted third-party providers to run our infrastructure:
- Supabase (AWS): Database & Auth (EU Region available).
- Vercel: Hosting & Edge Functions.
- Stripe: Payments.
- Resend: Transactional emails.
7. Your Rights
